TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATIONS​

 

Please register by December 15, 2021 to receive the group rate of $389 per night, plus taxes and service charges.  You are responsible for your travel to/from Marco Island and any associated costs related to your accommodations and travel.

NOTE: Any modifications to room reservations must be made on or before December 15, 2021 to avoid penalties. Anything after this date may result in a fee.

RESORT SERVICE CHARGE

The Hotel's Resort Fee is a nightly discounted charge of $25, which covers the services and amenities outlined below:​

• Guest Room Enabled High Speed Internet Access

• Local and Long Distance Calls

• Rookery or Hammock Bay Golf Practice Facility Privileges

• One Hour Access to Hammock Bay Country Club Tennis Courts per day

• One beach umbrella rental daily

 

SOUTHWEST FLORIDA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (RSW)

The resort is 45 miles from the International Airport.  The drive takes approximately 50 minutes.  Self-parking is available at the hotel for $20 per vehicle/per day.

DRESS

At the meetings, members should dress in business casual attire such as slacks, skirts, sport shirts and blouses.  For dinner attire, smart casual is appropriate.  Jackets and ties are not required.
